Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Hammonton, NJ is seeking an experienced RN infusion nurse to join our patient-centered home infusion team. The role focuses on safe IV therapy, direct patient care, and coordination with the nursing team to optimize outcomes.

You will monitor patients, document accurately, and uphold regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate care in home settings. A BSN/ADN, current RN license, CPR, and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• 3 years RN experience preferred, home care is a plus.
• BSN/ADN or nursing program graduate.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass checks.
• Eligibility to work in the US and pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient condition and advocate for care.
• Collaborate with nursing team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the team.
• Administer IV therapy and ensure safe practice.
• Maintain compliant clinical records per laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
