Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred; home care experience is a plus.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV therapy and infusion care in patients' homes.
• Observe, interpret and monitor patients' condition and report changes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
