• Clear background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify changes; act as patient advocate.
• Collaborate with the team to meet positive client care outcomes.
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Provide IV therapy and ensure proper clinical documentation.
• Maintain records in compliance with applicable laws.
