Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a full-time Home Infusion Nurse to join our patient-centric care team. You will deliver IV infusions in home settings, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role requires an unrestricted RN license, at least 3 years of RN experience (home care preferred), CPR, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• RN license (unrestricted)

• BSN/ADN or nursing program completed
• Current CPR
• US work eligibility
• Commitment to annual competency checks
• Clear background and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition; notify changes
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient outcomes
• Discuss healthcare with patients and relay concerns to nursing team
• Administer IV therapy
• Maintain compliant clinical records in line with laws
• Other duties as assigned
