Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time RN Clinical Field Educator in Canton, MA. You will lead training and development for newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small caseload of patients. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

As the educator, you will precept and mentor staff, collaborate with Clinical Education, and coordinate onboarding across disciplines to ensure ongoing staff competencies and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Medicare-certified Home Health experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during visits.
• Mentor clinicians through their first year.
• Provide 1:1 feedback and ongoing coaching.
• Develop preceptors and assess their effectiveness.
