Job summary

Unicare Home Care, INC. is seeking a Home Health Administrator, RN, to supervise the organization and direct operations ensuring high-quality home health care.

The role emphasizes fiscal management, regulatory compliance, staff development, and policy implementation. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least three years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health, and are proficient with HHAexchange and general computer applications.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years supervisory or administrative experience in a home health program.
• Computer literacy is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire organizational operation and supervises the Director of Nursing.
• Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates operations to ensure quality care.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations; manages budgeting and fiscal planning.
• Recruits, retains, and develops qualified staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels.
• Provides staff development, orientation, and ongoing education.
• Serves as HIPAA Privacy Officer and corporate compliance liaison.
