Qualifications

• Illinois Administrator requirements: RN or undergraduate degree or related health administration background.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the day-to-day operations and maintains liaison amongst the governing body/owner or personnel.
• Oversees patient care programs and achievement of clinical and administrative outcomes.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing, and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Ensures timely and accurate documentation and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
