Job summary

Qualifications
- Current nursing license in good standing in Maryland.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
- At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in relevant settings (home health, acute care, etc).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle condition changes.
- Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in home settings.
- Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
- Wound assessment, care, and documentation with accuracy.
