Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Montgomery Maryland Visits office for full-time home health visits. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes across Montgomery County.

Prior home health experience is required. Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, wound care, medication reconciliation, and teaching, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric care experience in acute care, home health, hospice, ICU, or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the home setting.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently at patients’ homes.
• Reconcile medications, provide teaching, and monitor safety.
• Document wound assessments, care, and progression.
