Job summary

Optum Beckley home health is seeking a Nurse Manager to supervise an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality home health care in accordance with physician orders and state/federal rules.

You will coordinate referrals, assess patient needs, manage start of care and ongoing approvals, and ensure plans of care remain patient-centered and compliant, guiding staff through daily activities and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and access to dependable transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise an interdisciplinary team providing home health services.
• Coordinate referrals, start of care visits, and clinician assignments.
• Determine patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and insurance approvals.
