Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of residency
• Current TB results or chest x-ray
• Current CPR certification per agency policy
• Reliable transportation to patient visits
• Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered in the plan of treatment and nursing care plan
• Document clinical notes and nursing care plan
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures, and handbook
• Report on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time
