Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, including patients with g-tube, trach, and vent. Training is available and adherence to physician orders is required.

The RN will document clinical notes, carry out the care plan, and report timely to case managers and the clinical nurse supervisor. Reliable transportation and licensure are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license matching the state of residency.
• Provide copy of current TB results or Chest x-ray.
• Provide copy of current CPR certification as per agency policy.
• Be flexible, organized and able to exercise independent and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Documentation/ charting of clinical notes, supplemental physician orders and nursing care plan.
• Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
