Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a RN Regional Administrator for skilled home health to lead daily operations, oversee patient care programs, and manage branch performance across the region. You will ensure staffing, regulatory compliance, and financial results while maintaining HIPAA privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current State License as required by state or federal guidance.
• Licensed registered nurse or physician.
• 3+ years home healthcare experience including OASIS documentation/quality review.
• 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related healthcare program; 2+ years strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with TPS, VBP, Surveys, and STAR Ratings.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the day-to-day operations and maintains a liaison amongst the governing body/owner or personnel.
• Oversees the implementation and oversight of all patient care programs and achievement of clinical and administrative outcomes.
• Oversees the financial performance of branches within the Administrator’s provider number.
• Implements budgeting and accounting systems promoting patient health and safety.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels at branch locations to meet patient needs.
• Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party reimbursement regulations.
