You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure clinical and administrative outcomes, and manage branch staffing and compliance.

The base salary is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with full benefits and opportunities for advancement. Travel within the region and ongoing professional development are supported by the company.

Qualifications

Active RN license required.
Experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS documentation.
3+ years healthcare experience and 1+ year supervisory/admin experience.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations and liaise with governing body.
Oversee patient care programs and branch financial performance.
Ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance and timely documentation.
Staffing at branch locations and on-call participation.
Develop budgets and implement corrective actions with regulators.
