Qualifications

• Current State License as required by state or federal guidance.
• Licensed physician, registered nurse or holds an undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years healthcare experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or administrative experience in home health care.
• Familiarity with national standards of care and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs day-to-day operations and coordinates with leadership.
• Oversees patient care programs and clinical and administrative outcomes.
• Monitors financial performance of branches and implements budgeting.
• Ensures staffing levels meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payer rules.
• Participates in strategic planning and reviews with leadership.
• Ensures accurate public information and communications.
