Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide home health care to patients in Marble Falls and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities include visiting patients for start of cares, routine visits, recertifications, discharges, and ensuring quality care as per home health standards. The position may require travel within a 60-mile radius of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct start of cares (2.5 points), routine visits (0.9 points), recertifications (1.75 points), and discharges (1.5 points).
• Document patient care activities accurately using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) or learn on-the-job if HCHB experience is not available.
• Participate in orientation and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Required Experience

• Recent experience in home health care.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
