Job summary

CHI Health at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate in-home care and drive patient outcomes. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients in their homes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered services.

Requires an accredited nursing program completion, active RN license in Nebraska, and CPR/BLS certification. A valid driver’s license and transportation are also needed for field visits.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have an active RN license in the state served.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient‑centered care.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
  • Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
