Capital City Nurses, a Care Advantage Company, is seeking an RN Home Care Supervisor to lead clinical care across Chevy Chase, MD and Washington, DC. You will supervise nurses and caregivers, ensure patient safety and outcomes, and coordinate services with physicians and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and adherence to regulatory standards, while fostering a compassionate, high-quality home care experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland and/or Washington, DC (Compact allowed).
• ADN or higher required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service territory.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
• Develop and oversee personalized plans of care with physicians and families.
• Provide clinical oversight and coaching to caregivers and nursing staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
• Support orientation and ongoing education for the team.
