Job summary

Care Advantage Inc, a home health leader, seeks an RN Home Care Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision for patients in Danville and surrounding areas. You will mentor caregivers, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality outcomes in home settings.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with physicians and families, and adherence to regulatory standards to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the service territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA (Compact license accepted where applicable).
• 1+ year of nursing experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight and supervision of home care teams in Danville VA and surrounding areas.
• Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure quality, compliant care delivery.
• Coach and support caregivers and nursing staff to follow best practices.
• Conduct supervisory home visits and ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
• Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance for patient records.
