Job summary

Care Advantage Inc is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Home Care Supervisor to provide clinical leadership for patients receiving home care in Danville, Gretna and surrounding areas. As a lead clinician you will mentor caregivers, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians to achieve quality outcomes.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement for visits, leadership autonomy, and growth opportunities within our growing home care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA (Compact license accepted where applicable).
• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service territory.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits to observe care delivery.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home visits.
• Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure continuity and quality of care and regulatory compliance.
