Job summary

Care Advantage Inc is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight across Staunton VA, Charlottesville VA, and surrounding areas. This PRN role leads caregivers, coordinates care plans, and ensures high-quality home health services while maintaining the iCARE values.

Ideal applicants hold a VA RN license (compact accepted where applicable), ADN or higher, with at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA (compact license accepted where applicable)
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
• Develop and oversee personalized plans of care with physicians and families.
• Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes; supervise caregivers and nursing staff.
• Provide clinical guidance and coaching to caregivers and staff.
• Complete and maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
