Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Colorado Springs is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to oversee client services, evaluations, and care planning in clients' homes.

You will lead supervisory visits, ensure compliance with state regulations, coordinate with families, and mentor the care team, while maintaining a warm, respectful approach.

Flexible work-from-home options are available, with a focus on high-quality, person-centered in-home care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) practicing.
• Minimum of two years' in-home care experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client services and ensures client needs are met.
• Conducts initial client evaluations and develops Service/Care Plans.
• Performs supervisory visits and coordinates services per plan.
• Maintains documentation of assessments, plans, and training.
• Communicates with clients, families and physicians as needed.
