Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the clinical operations of our home care agency in Colorado. You will oversee assessments, care plans, and nursing services to ensure safe, personalized, high-quality care for clients.

You will collaborate with clients, families and healthcare professionals, hire, train, supervise CNAs/PCAs, provide clinical guidance, coordinate staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license and CPR certification required.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Clinical nursing experience with strong communication and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Job description

Preferred candidates have experience in senior or home care, supervisory roles, staffing, or knowledge of home care regulations. A Home Care Administrator certification is a plus, with support offered for certification if needed.
