Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to manage cases and provide high-quality home nursing services in line with our standards of community health nursing practice. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient education, and coordinating care within a patient-centered team.

Ideal candidates will hold an RN license, have 2+ years of medical/surgical experience, and possess or pursue BSN with preferred home health background. Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license and required auto liability insurance.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Preferred Experience: Home Health.
