Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Supervises and directs the nursing staff, including LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and conducts treatments as required.
