MediLodge of Howell, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient-centered care in a team environment located in Howell, MI.

The role offers strong wages starting at $45.40 to $61.90 per hour, based on experience and shift. Flexible pay options include daily, weekly, or bi-weekly payments via UKG Wallet, with comprehensive medical and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises, directs and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and documents treatments as required.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures within state practice act.
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is safe.
