Medilodge of Alpena is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. New starting wages range from $40.40 to $53.61 per hour, with pay options including daily, weekly, or bi-weekly through UKG Wallet.

The RN plans, coordinates, and provides total nursing care for residents, supervising clinical staff and ensuring compliance with state regulations. A compassionate team environment emphasizes growth, patient-centered care, and meaningful resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program with active RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders promptly and accurately.
• Supervises and directs LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures as permitted by state act.
