Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN required within four years if RN has less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN preferred; accredited program; updated policy requiring BSN by 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and physician.
• Delegate and direct care to ensure delivery aligns with plan of care.
• Document accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
