Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. You will apply the nursing process, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires RN licensure, completion of an accredited nursing program, and certifications such as ACLS/NRP/PALS, with opportunities for professional growth and supportive Mercy culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Current RN license in state of practice (or eligible compact RN).
• ACLS, NRP, PALS and other unit-specific certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and preserves patient rights and confidentiality.
