Mercy Hospital South is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure patient rights and privacy are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in state of practice or eligible compact license.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, PEARS, ENPC, TNCC, OCN, CPHON, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM or similar certifications.
• Preferred BSN and prior hospital or specialty care experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Evaluates overall care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Performs duties aligned with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
