Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Peoria, AZ. The role focuses on providing and managing patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with patients and families, and adhering to evidence-based practices and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license (IDFPR or applicable state), a Bachelor's degree or higher, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days (AHA) required.
• Licensed RN in good standing (IDFPR).
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, HS Diploma/GED also required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through interview, observation and physical assessment.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient/family and health care team.
• Use interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update the plan of care during the shift.
• Modify plan of care based on evaluation and patient condition changes.
• Complete required documentation including charting and event reports.
• Demonstrate professional accountability and ongoing self-development.
• Collaborate with the health care team from admission to discharge to meet outcomes.
• Promote patient and staff safety with proper use of lift equipment when applicable.
• Provide bedside lab testing and follow lab policies and orders.
• Contribute to process improvements and patient satisfaction.
