TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill adults requiring continuous monitoring and life support. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes hemodynamic and ventilator management, medication administration, and swift response to emergencies, with collaboration across physicians and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience (Preferred).
• Current RN license in state of practice (Required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (Required).
• CCRn certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator management.
• Administers medications, titrates vasoactive drips, and manages complex treatment plans per physician orders.
• Responds to emergent changes in patient condition, including cardiac and respiratory arrest.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines on plan of care.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient response in the electronic medical record.
