The Gardens at St. Elizabeth in Denver, CO is seeking a Health and Wellness Director (RN) to lead the Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

This full-time role focuses on resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership, reporting to the Executive Director and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, resident care, and the resident experience, while ensuring standards of practice and ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and quality resident care.
• Build strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and standards of practice.
• Lead staff development and quality improvement.
• Connect residents and families with resources.
• Maintain required education and in-service requirements.
