Job summary

Greenview Assisted Living, a Cardinal Senior Living community, seeks a Director of Wellness to lead clinical operations, develop a strong care team, and ensure residents receive dignity, safety, and high-quality care. Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• Senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or related clinical experience.
• Previous nursing or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of assessments, care planning, medication management, documentation, and resident care.
• Experience leading and developing care staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
