Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking an RN Health Care Supervisor to oversee nursing care across multiple Day Habilitation sites. The role reports to the VP of Health Services and is a salary-exempt, full-time position in Massachusetts.

The RN Supervisor will oversee LPNs, manage medications per state regulations, and coordinate with physicians. Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license.
• At least one year of full-time RN experience.
• 21+ with valid driver's license and daily on-site car use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical services with members' primary physicians or clinics.
• Oversee all health-care services across programs.
• Maintain medical records and nursing notes; update emergency info.
• Manage medication according to CMR/regs and document reviews.
• Monitor vital signs and weights; conduct periodic reviews with teams.
• Provide direct supervision to LPNs (minimum hours per week).
• Participate in interdisciplinary team activities and DHSP goal development.
