Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts.

• Knowledge of MAP and DDS regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical services with members' primary physicians or medical clinics.
• Oversee health-care services at each program and supervise LPNs across sites.
• Participate in interdisciplinary evaluations and reviews of member needs and status.
• Obtain treatment plan approvals from primary physicians.
• Maintain medical records and nursing care plans.
