Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of practice or a related health admin degree.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical healthcare experience; correctional care preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (NCCHC, ACA).
• Ability to pass background and security clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the health services unit across medical, mental health, and behavioral health.
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for facility needs.
• Monitor quality indicators and regulatory compliance across services.
• Supervise nursing and clinical staff; hire, train, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement quality improvement initiatives.
