CorrectHealth currently has a Full Time day shift opportunity to join our growing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Macon, GA. This role delivers patient care through the nursing process and supports clinical operations inside correctional facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certified.
• Corrections experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Directs and guides patient teaching, clinical care, and ancillary personnel while maintaining standards and ethics of professional nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.
• Provides strong analytical, decision‑making skills and has positive communication skills.

Education

Associates or better in Nursing.

Bachelors or better in Nursing.
