Job summary

Tulsa Technology Center is seeking a Part-time Instructor for Radiologic Technology at the Health Science Center. You will educate students, manage classrooms, and maintain records while aligning the program with industry needs.

Requirements include two years radiography experience, ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and a degree in radiography. Position is dayshift with a $35 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Two years radiography experience in a clinical environment.
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiography.
• CPR and BLS certifications through American Heart Association; certifications may be obtained after hire.
• Valid state issued driver's license.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the classroom to create an optimal learning environment.
• Instruct students in competency-based developmental curriculum using current instructional strategies.
• Evaluate students on a recurrent basis to monitor progress toward competencies.
• Maintain up-to-date academic records and supervise required paperwork for district operations.
• Develop community and industry contacts and participate with advisory committees to align curriculum with job market needs and support student placement.
• Participate in campus or program projects and professional development activities.
