Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Possesses competency in technology and computers.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct patient care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team from admission to discharge.
• Administers medications and utilizes unit equipment appropriately.
• Educates patients and families; documents per policy.
• Adheres to evidence-based policies and best practices (huddles, hourly rounds, bedside reporting).
• Makes sound clinical decisions ensuring comprehensive delivery of care.
