Lake Charles Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the patient care team. The RN will perform nursing assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team from admission to discharge.

The role requires Louisiana RN licensure, BLS-CPR certification, and strong English communication. Candidates should be adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to evidence-based practice in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS-CPR certification required.
• Strong ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Proven adaptability and problem solving in a clinical setting.
• Experience with nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Comfort with using technology and unit-specific equipment.

Responsabilités

• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care from admit to discharge.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families and document appropriately.
