Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit under nursing leadership.

You will plan and coordinate care, provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and participate in discharge planning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. ACLS and BLS are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state or compact license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days.
• ACLS required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Engage in interdisciplinary planning and access community resources.
