Qualifications

• Active RN license issued in Maryland.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in acute or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with state and federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems and align with nurse plans.
• Monitor resident responses to daily nursing care to ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.
