FutureCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care in a Maryland facility. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring compliance with regulations and care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or current CPR license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with State and Federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for consultation or treatment for validity to the documented nurse plans.
• Evaluate resident responses to daily nursing care to ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Pursue professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s philosophy.
