Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tavares is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise care in the inpatient unit. You will coordinate care, plan discharges, and provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, while accessing community resources.

Requires current RN licensure and BLS; ACLS is required within 90 days of employment. Charge Nurse duties may be assigned as needed, with growth opportunities within PAM Health.

Qualifications

• Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse in the state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS within 90 days.
• ACLS/BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Teach patients and families post-hospitalization and arrange community resources.
• ACLS-certified Charge Nurse duties as assigned.
