Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Luling is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate high‑quality patient care on the medical‑surgical unit. Under the direction of nursing leadership, you will supervise care delivery and contribute to discharge planning and family education.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS (ACLS within 90 days). Inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification is required and ACLS is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment; ACLS is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process on the nursing unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• Assist with interdisciplinary planning and may perform Charge Nurse duties.

Education
