AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with acute hospital experience to join our emergency-focused team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and document care in the medical record.

The role includes 12-hour shifts, a day schedule, and opportunities for clinical ladder-based salary increases. Pay ranges from $31.85–$52.76 per hour, with benefits from day one, a 403-B plan, and generous parental leave.

Qualifications

RN license and Associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 12 months orientation to achieve proficiency.
Emergency department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of physical, mental, and emotional health.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Document patient information in the medical record.
Administer medications and treatments safely.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans.
Supervise nursing and support staff.
Coordinate discharge planning for smooth transition home or to another facility.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
