Job summary

Abrazo Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at the Abrazo Scottsdale Campus to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit, coordinate care planning, and supervise other healthcare staff when needed.

The role requires nursing licensure in Arizona, CPR, ACLS as applicable, and experience in NICU/ER/ICU settings may be required. A comprehensive benefits package is provided. Tenet-related practices apply.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D only: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing basis.
• Determines nursing diagnosis based on patient assessment and data analysis.
• Sets practical, realistic and appropriate patient population specific outcome goals, guides patient and family to achieve goals.
• Individualizes the patient’s plan of care based on patient needs.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient’s current status.
• Other tasks assigned at the hospital.
