Atlantic Health System is seeking an RN Manager for Business Development & Admissions in Morristown, NJ. This role leads the Care Access Center for Home Care & Hospice, directing referral services and marketing efforts to grow the organization’s home care and hospice referrals.

The candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliant intake, and collaborate with system hospital leaders to promote seamless transitions of care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current NJ RN license required.
• Minimum 1.5 years nursing or relevant experience.
• Management experience in Homecare & Hospice preferred.
• Business development and marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes a positive employee engagement and adherence to company policies.
• Directs Referral Services operations and advises management on improvements.
• Oversees referrals to ensure excellent customer service, timely processing, and compliant intake.
• Manages team including Assistant Managers, Home Care and Hospice Liaisons, Intake Coordinators and Business Development Nurses to meet performance goals.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to grow AHCH programs and services.
• Collaborates with system hospitals, Palliative Care, and post-acute providers for seamless transitions of care.
