Qualifications

• 3-5 years of home care and supervisory experience.
• BSN required. Registered Nurse - NJ licensure and CPR certification.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills, demonstrate leadership skills, excellent customer focus skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure productivity and control expenses.
• Ensure patient eligibility aligned with Medicare and payer criteria.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external facilities.
• Review reimbursement issues for referrals.
• Audit entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee data entry quality in systems.
• Support ongoing education and competencies for the team.
• Develop communication with referral sources and drive business initiatives.
• Coordinate with payors for authorizations and benefits verification.
